All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and cancel that portion of your order.

2.3 Hygiene Considerations

For health and safety reasons, swimwear and certain intimate apparel items cannot be returned unless defective or not as described, and must have original hygiene liners intact.

3. Ordering and Payment

3.2 Pricing

All prices are in US Dollars and exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

3.3 Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

3.4 Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be added to your order total based on your shipping address and current tax regulations.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

4.2 Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50, delivered within 15-25 business days after shipment

4.3 International Orders

We ship worldwide (excluding parts of Asia and certain remote areas). Customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient and are non-refundable.

4.4 Delivery Issues

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unworn and in original condition
  • Including all original tags and packaging
  • Accompanied by a copy of your order confirmation

To initiate a return:

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Credit card/PayPal refunds typically appear within 3-5 business days after processing.

5.4 Exchanges

Follow the same return process, clearly indicating your desired size/color alternative. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any additional shipping fees for the new item.

All content on the Styled Soles website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Styled Soles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our site or products, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

Our maximum liability for any claim related to your use of our site or products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.
