Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping: Via EMS (for orders over $50)
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Includes basic tracking

International Customers: We ship worldwide (excluding parts of Asia and certain remote areas). Please note that customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient and are non-refundable.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Styled Soles purchase. If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, our concierge team is here to assist with returns or exchanges.

Return Policy Overview

  • Returns accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unworn, in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • A copy of your order confirmation must accompany the return

Important Exception: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear unless the item arrives defective or not as described. All swimwear returns must have the original hygiene liner intact.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, our concierge team will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package your item(s) with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package. Ship to:

Step 4: Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days of arrival):

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Credit card/PayPal refunds typically appear within 3-5 business days after processing
  • You will receive email confirmation when your refund has been issued

Exchange Process

For exchanges, follow the same return process above, clearly indicating in your email that you would like an exchange and specifying your desired size/color alternative. We will process your exchange once the original item is received and inspected.

Important Notes:
– Original shipping fees are non-refundable
– For exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any additional shipping fees for the new item

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement or refund.

International Returns

For our international customers:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
